Sometimes you just need a logo.
Fortunately, I love logos.
Rock the Block
Designed for a local church's summer ministry program that equips volunteers to provide a fun and safe environment for kids to play and learn in their neighborhoods.
The church was looking for an identity that stood out with bright non-traditional color combinations and incorporated a "splash" since many of their games involve water.
The logo was designed to work as both a one-color and two-color along with two variations so that it looks sharp and legible whether used in photos and promotion materials or displayed on its own.
Indy Paint Pros, LLC
designed with imavex
From a brief the client filled out, direction for this identity was taken from adjectives the client wanted the logo to convey as well as his appreciation of typefaces from the early 1900s.
My goal was to emulate the industrial and art deco aesthetics of signs made from the aforementioned time period. Faded colors were chosen based off art deco styles and touches on similar hues used by the client's respected competitors.
The logo was designed with the intention of it appearing on stationary, websites, vehicles, and clothing items.
